Hello I’m Kurin, I am the heart of Cur8wellness- a space devoted to healing and connection to self through, Breath Awareness, sound, and intuitive guidance. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe, seen and supported, and every offering I share is shaped by that intention.

My connection to energy healing began over 30 years ago. Even as a teenager, I felt the subtle language of energy moving through me, although I didn’t yet have the guidance or understanding to develop these gifts.

I was around 18 when I first experienced what I now recognise as life force energy. I was sitting quietly in the garden when my hands suddenly became intensely warm — almost hot — as if something was flowing through them. It was unexpected, but it felt natural, familiar, like a memory awakening inside me.

A few years later, at age 21, I experienced a full heart activation. It was a moment of profound expansion — a deep, unconditional love and connection to all of life. It felt like my soul was speaking clearly for the first time. But at that time, I didn’t have the language, the mentorship or the innerstanding to follow that calling. So the gifts stayed with me, quietly waiting.
