Cur8wellness is a space designed for deep relaxation, healing and reconnection. Through a blend of Reiki, Breath Awareness, Sound, Intuitive Oracle Guidance and supportive guidance, each treatment is tailored to meet you where you are.

I am especially drawn to supporting women navigating perimenopause and menopause-offering a space to feel held, balanced and understood during times of change and transition.

Energy healing is a holistic approach to health based on the principal of life force energy. A gentle hands on complimentary therapy promoting health and healing within the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies.

Harmonising matt

A wellness tool promoting deep relaxation, improve circulation, assists detoxification and supports cellular regeneration. The harmonising Matt balances the energy and provides stress relief, rejuvenation and grounding. Delivered through advanced infrared Heat (delivering heat for deep tissue relaxation), PEMF (Uses electromagnetic fields to help cells communicate support lymphatic flow and reduce muscle tension, Photon Light supports skin health and calms the nervous system, Terrhertz Frequency which aims to energise cells and improve absorption of nutrients.

Tuning Forks

Chakra tuning forks are a non-invasive tool using specific frequencies to balance the bodies energy centres by assisting to release blockages, relieve physical pain, and enhance meditation. Crystal Bowl Sound healing therapy.

Using resonant, high frequency tones from quartz bowls to deeply relax the body, reduce stress and improve mental clarity, Works by shifting the brainwave to a theta/alpha state, calms the nervous system and helps to balance the bodies energy centres to promote healing.

Many years of education including, Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma of counselling, Diploma of Community services, Holistic Counselling, wellness coach, Breath Awareness coach, shadow work coach, NLP and life coach certification, Trauma Informed coach. Menopause coaching.
